Gut:: The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable with many interesting modern design elements. The complimentary breakfast buffet welches great and the location was conveniently close to Boston.
Fein:: We went for the 4th of July holiday and felt so comfortable rein the small and warmly decorated hotel. Being such a crowded weekend, we never felt overwhelmed due to the hotel being near MIT and no school rein session over the summer.
Heather the concierge went above and beyond ur expectations in handling ur requests and helping out with some post-Boston Marathonlauf logistics. All of the staff from check-in to the housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel displayed the charm of a historical building but with all of the necessary modern conveniences.
Negativ:: Room welches a fairly small. Dresser in the hall made for tight passage between the bedroom and the bathroom.
Negativ:: TV program transmission quality was spotty. Glass shower screen Leuchtdiode to wet bathroom floor and soaking bath mats after every shower. Ice machine hard to locate and not on every floor.
Negativ:: Tried to book another night and welches told they were completely sold out. Looked on kayak and saw availability...
I have visited world class hotels all my life and never experienced this level of caring and guidance. Bravo!!!
Negativ:: Sofa bed mattress is quite uncomfortable, though they always are. I thought little shampoo bottles were usually standard but not included here - I found my own but I assume it's available on request. View is not great - highways on both sides and a grungy pond on the other.
Schön:: Every staff member we came rein contact with was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable although perhaps slightly smaller than I welches expecting. We were on the top floor near the end of the hall which made ur multi-night stay nice and quiet. We would stay there again.
The Wirtschaft had el fresco dining as well as a mauer of windows on North Street right across from Faneuil Hall. The lobby was beautiful and very inviting. They even had a Computerspiel section on the bookshelves for kids and families. The portico was very unique and mostly sheltered. The staff welches very polite and helpful. The view from the rooms with the little balconies was a beautiful touch. The wand of windows rein your room was wonderful. The late check out noon, the fact that they would store your bags in a locked room with a video monitor and would tagbyour bags they were holding like you were boarding a plane.
Manierlich:: When we walked at first glance it welches Beautiful! The setup was on point. We didn't have any complaints until we started using things.
Fein:: We travel alot and I don't think I have ever stayed hinein a nicer hotel. The rooms were exceptional from cleanliness of the rooms to the friendliness review of the staff. I will never stay rein another hotel rein Boston but thisone.
Schön:: Whether it welches a Speisewirtschaft reservation, flight reservation change or room change to accommodate my adult daughter and my stay, there welches no Baustein that the wonderful Vorderseite desk staff couldn't accomplish with ease and grace.
Manierlich:: The location welches excellent - just a short walk from Boston Commons, Copley Square, the Green and Orange T lines and commuter lines, and several great restaurants. The room was cozy and provided the necessary amenities and the bed welches very comfortable.
